"Midwest Fireplace Sales" comes to you with over 60 years combined experience in all types of fireplaces. We handle gas fireplaces, electric fireplaces, gas logs, vent free fireplaces, ventless fireplaces, vent free gas logs, fireplace mantels, surrounds and cabinets and also all types of fireplace accessories.

Artificial rocks the way Mother Nature would have made them if she had the technology. Our artificial address rocks, landscape rocks and waterfalls are made from polyurea plastics and fiberglass. They come in many colors and are warranted against cracking and freezing. The molds are made off of real rocks and pick up every nick, crevice and every detail that may be on the real specimen. The address and landscape rocks weigh between 15 and 25 lbs. and most are UPS shippable. The waterfalls weigh between 20 and 90 lbs and because of their physical dimensions, all have to be shipped by truck.

Our Rain barrels are made from recycled Grecian Pepper barrels. They have water
spigots and over flow valves so that excess water can be either channeled into a
flower or vegetable garden or into another barrel. Many of our items are made
from Jack Daniels whiskey barrels. In this division you will see barrel gardens,
barrel water gardens, barrel fountains and much much more.

"St. Josephs home sales kit" comes from reading hundreds of testimonials from people who swear their houses would not sell until they buried a statue of St. Joseph in a certain place and in a special way on their property. Does it really work? An awful lot of people seem to think so!

Why Shop with Midwest Internet Sales

Our roots are in retail and wholesale sales, and our fireplace division, Midwest Fireplace Sales, has decades of hands-on experience with gas, vent-free, direct-vent and electric fireplaces. That experience is what we put to work when you call: we can help you compare models, check that a log set fits your firebox, or email you the manufacturer brochure for a product before you buy.

Every product page lists the model numbers, sizes and options we offer. Because manufacturer pricing and availability change over time, please call us toll free or send a request to confirm current pricing, freight and lead time before you order. Our return policy and price match policy explain how we handle returns and competitor prices.

How to Choose the Right Fireplace

Vent-free (ventless) gas fireplaces and logs send nearly all of their heat into the room because they have no chimney or vent pipe. They are a popular supplemental heat source and keep working during a power outage when they use manual or millivolt controls. Read our indoor air quality page to learn how vent-free products are tested.

Direct-vent gas fireplaces are sealed behind glass and use a pipe to the outdoors to bring in combustion air and send exhaust outside, so no indoor air is used. They can be installed on an outside wall with no chimney.

Electric fireplaces plug into a standard outlet and give you a flame effect with or without heat, which makes them the easiest choice for apartments, bedrooms and rooms where gas is not an option.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship your fireplaces and garden products nationwide?

Most fireplaces, stoves and gas logs ship within the continental United States, and each product page notes its freight terms. Some areas carry a freight surcharge, so call us to confirm shipping for your ZIP code before ordering.

Are vent-free gas fireplaces allowed in every state?

Most states allow vent-free gas heating appliances, but a few states and many cities or counties restrict or prohibit residential use. Always check with your local codes official before you buy or install a vent-free product.

How can I get a brochure or ask a product question?

Call us toll free at 1-877-888-5609, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central time, or use our contact page to request a brochure by email.
